Debbie, CEO and founder of Deafblind Enablement, who has over 42 years' experience working in the field of dual sensory loss, assessing, advising and teaching deafblind people with an enablement focus. Debbie has a range of experience including being a Rehabilitation Vision Specialist, Specialist Assessor, Deafblind Interpreter and is a recognised University Lecturer for BCU.

Josh

Josh (JJ) is DBE’s Head of Training with over 10 years of service, celebrated for his expertise in supporting all groups of deafblind people.

Andy

Andy is the Finance Director/Company Secretary and also a qualified Communicator-Guide. He is responsible for buildings maintenance and ensures the business runs smoothly
